OPEN ACCESS STATEMENT

Manthano: Journal of Christian Education is a fully open-access journal. All articles published in Manthano are immediately and permanently available free of charge to all readers upon publication, without requiring registration, subscription, or any form of payment.

The journal is committed to the principle that open access to research accelerates the advancement of knowledge, strengthens academic collaboration, and ensures that scholarly work reaches the broadest possible audience, including researchers, educators, church leaders, and practitioners in both well-resourced and under-resourced settings.

Manthano applies the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) to all published content, allowing readers to freely read, download, copy, distribute, and adapt any published article, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal, and that any derivative work is shared under the same license.

The journal does not charge readers or their institutions for access to published content. The costs of open-access publication are supported through the Article Processing Charge (APC) paid by authors upon acceptance of their manuscript.

Manthano is indexed in Google Scholar, Garuda, PKP Index, and other academic databases, ensuring that all published articles are discoverable and accessible to the widest possible scholarly community.
